Conference Practicalities

• Lecture presenters are allocated 20 minutes per paper. Plan for 17-18 minutes of talking and 2-3 minutes for questions at the end. All lecture presentations will be held in rooms Saal 1 and Saal 2.
• All posters will be presented in room Saal 3. There will be one Poster Session of 1 hour and 40 min in the afternoon of May 5. Poster presenters will present their posters at least during this Poster Session. However, posters should be hung up in the morning, giving poster presenters the possibility to present their posters also outside the Poster Session if desired.
• Poster boards are identified by area ('1' through '4') and then by board ('1' through '9').
